A shell and tube heat exchanger that uses the waste heat from the spinach blanching water to evaporate the ammonia.
Special construction of the exchanger by our design, prevents the sedimentation of spinach particles contained in the water on the the tube bundle. Thus, it extends its lifespan and reduces the frequency of periodic cleaning of the tube bundle.
