Customer Service REP 

As a family-run Polish manufacturer of heat exchangers, HEXONIC has been active on international markets for 35 years. Also successful on the German market for 12 years, the product range includes shell and tube heat exchangers as well as brazed and bolted plate heat exchangers. In addition, orders for special heat exchangers in the mineral oil, food and pharmaceutical industries as well as for heat generation and energetics are carried out. Modern industrial technology and in-house production of equipment ensure the best quality. An experienced team of development engineers provides support in the planning and design of complex special designs. HEXONIC is present worldwide with its subsidiaries HEXONIC Inc, USA, HEXONIC CANADA, HEXONIC GERMANY, HEXONIC CZECH REPUBLIC, HEXONIC UKRAINE, HEXONIC ASIA, and HEXONIC UK, and with over 500 commercial agencies in Germany and abroad.


As part of our growth strategy and to further improve our customer service, we are looking for you to strengthen our team in Cologne full-time (40H) / part-time at least 50% as

Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative (M/F/D)

You will report directly to the management and will focus on providing support in the areas of inside sales and customer service in order to support our customers and our team in order processing and, if necessary, in technical back office.


  • Order processing (from order to invoicing)
  • Deadline tracking and coordination
  • General office work
  • Support in the areas of marketing/fair organization
  • Development of technical solutions according to customer specifications
  • Independent processing of internal projects
  • Technical and administrative support from our customer service team and field sales force
  • Support in preparing the offer
  • Processing and tracking of QS claims
  • Correspondence with customers, the sales force and the internal organization at home and abroad




  • Commercial and/or technical training
  • Technical understanding and perception
  • At least 3 – 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • Experience in the heat exchanger / thermodynamic area is an advantage
  • Very good command of spoken and written English; Polish an advantage
  • Great communication skills, organizational skills and negotiation skills
  • Structured and organized way of working
  • Confident use of MS Office and experience with ERP systems
