Chillventa 2024 - report
It was an incredibly invaluable event – report our sales representatives, who conducted hundreds of conversations with customers seeking efficient heat exchange solutions during the three days of the trade fair in Nuremberg.
Chillventa 2024 will go down in history as a fair focused on finding answers to the green challenges in the industry. One of the leading topics was the replacement of traditional, environmentally harmful refrigerants with high Global Warming Potential (GWP) by media such as ammonia, propane, or carbon dioxide, which in turn requires adapting cooling system components.
One of the key components is equipment that meets specific standards, ensuring the safe flow of refrigerants under high pressure. This explains the significant interest in the SHIELD plate and shell exchanger, designed to operate under conditions of up to 100 bar, and the L ULTRA heat exchanger, capable of working under pressures of up to 140 bar.
Hexonic also showcased a range of other solutions, including the R brazed plate heat exchanger in the LUNA version, dedicated to cooling installations utilizing ammonia, thanks to the use of stainless steel. We also had the opportunity to present JAG plate heat exchanger and RAD shell and coil exchanger, which are ideal for working with propane.
Visitors were also drawn to the Dry Cooler D. COOL , appreciated for its robust construction and high efficiency, while maintaining minimal energy consumption and low noise levels, not exceeding 40 dB.
Chillventa was an excellent opportunity to get acquainted with our products in person. Customers could explore various applications in detail. The Cairo selection software garnered recognition from trade participants due to its user-friendly interface, precise product selection, and the ability to quickly calculate investment costs.
